Job Summary



We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Senior Sales Agent

to lead sales initiatives, manage key client relationships, and consistently achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to close deals independently while mentoring junior sales staff.

Key Responsibilities



Drive sales growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and high-value clients Handle the full sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and closing Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management Mentor and support junior sales agents to improve team performance Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

Requirements



Proven experience as a Sales Agent or Senior Sales role (minimum 3-5 years preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Excellent customer service and relationship management skills Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office Experience in the UAE market is an advantage Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
