Senior Sales Agent & Marketing Executive
to drive business development and lead marketing initiatives in the
architectural, interior design, and fit-out industry
. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and secure high-value projects.
Role Overview
The
ROLE
will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our range of design services and luxury products. This role requires a motivated individual with a strong background in B2B/B2C sales, preferably within the design, architecture, interiors, or luxury product industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Generate new business opportunities across
residential, commercial, hospitality, and corporate sectors
.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, architects, and high-profile clients.
Present company services, capabilities, and project portfolios to prospective clients.
Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
Negotiate and close contracts to achieve sales targets and business growth.
Maintain a sales pipeline, track leads, and provide detailed sales performance reports.
Marketing & Brand Development
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Manage and enhance the company's brand presence across digital and offline platforms.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising.
Create impactful marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, presentations, and project portfolios.
Coordinate and represent the company in exhibitions, networking events, and trade shows.
Conduct industry and competitor research to identify trends and new opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Minimum
5 years of proven sales and marketing experience
in the
architectural, fit-out, or interior design industry
.
Strong knowledge of the construction/design process and project lifecycle.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Established client network within the UAE/GCC design & construction market is highly desirable.
Proficient in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM tools).
Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as lead initiatives.
