Key Responsibilities

:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Safety Officer to join our team. The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety policies, conducting regular inspections, and providing safety training to employees.

Hazard Identification and Risk Mitigation

: Identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate risks.

Workforce Protection

: Ensure the safety and well-being of employees by enforcing safety standards and safe equipment operation.

Emergency Response

: Develop and coordinate emergency response plans and procedures.

Safety Training

: Conduct safety training sessions and toolbox meetings to educate employees on safety practices.

Compliance Monitoring

: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.

Accident Investigation

: Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and implement preventive measures.

Safety Audits

: Perform regular safety audits and inspections to ensure a hazard-free environment.

Safety Communication

: Facilitate safety communication and awareness within the organization.

Policy Development

: Develop and update safety policies and procedures to ensure they are current and effective.

Incident Reporting

: Maintain accurate records of incidents, near misses, and safety inspections.

Safety Equipment Management

: Ensure that all safety equipment is properly maintained and readily available.

Contractor Safety

: Oversee the safety of contractors and ensure they comply with company safety standards.

Continuous Improvement

: Continuously seek ways to improve safety processes and reduce risks.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
