Senior Safety Officer, Site based
Abu Dhabi
We are looking for PMC
Senior Safety Officer
with 15 years of experience to be based in Abu Dhabi.Ensure all project activities comply with local, national, and international HSE standards and regulations.
Implement and maintain project-specific HSE plans, procedures, and risk assessments. Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with company and client HSE requirements. Conduct hazard identification, job safety analysis (JSA), and risk assessments for critical tasks.
Minimum Qualification
Minimum 15 years of relevant HSE experience,
with at least 5 years in Oil & Gas, preferably on LNG projects.
Experience with construction, commissioning, and operational phases of large-scale industrial projects. NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety (IGC) - mandatory IOSH Managing Safely - preferred or equivalent Additional certifications like OSHA 30-Hour, H2S Awareness, First Aid/CPR, or Firefighting are often preferred. Strong understanding of international HSE standards (e.g. OSHA, NFPA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001). Familiarity with Permit to Work (PTW) systems, LOTO, confined space entry, and hot work procedures.If interested, please apply to the link below
