Senior Safety Officer
Job Description
Introducing HSE principles and best practice procedures .
Supports the Top Management in the HSE Policy and Guidelines issue.
Overall responsible and in-charge of all matters pertaining to HSE & Traffic Control in the Company
Conduct daily site inspections to be aware of unsafe conditions on the job site and find the best way to correct unsafe conditions to prevent future accidents.
Prepare and present HSE data and reports.
Carries out any in-house safety training
Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations
Ensure that the Company meets all applicable authority regulations and requirements pertaining to HSE
Enforce safe work practices and ensure that HSE policies and procedures are being implemented in the company.
Focusing on accident prevention by keeping up with employee HSE inductions, trainings and certifications
Main representative for liaising with authorities and private companies for all matters related to HSE
Investigate causes of accidents if any & liaising with authorities as required
Lead, supervise and delegate assignments of HSE and Security Officers
