Job Description
Oversee the complete revenue cycle process, from patient registration to final payment Ensure accurate medical coding, billing, and claims submission Monitor insurance approvals, rejections, and resubmissions Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, and internal clinical teams Analyze AR aging, denial trends, and revenue leakage Ensure compliance with

, payer policies, and UAE labor & healthcare regulations Prepare regular revenue, collections, and performance reports Implement process improvements to enhance cash flow and efficiencyJob Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
RCM : 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
