Job Description
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Team Leader with coding expertise is ensuring accurate and compliant coding practices, and optimizing revenue cycle performance. This role involves supervising day-to-day coding operations, providing training and mentorship, and collaborating with other departments to improve processes and achieve financial goals
Coding Expertise:
Maintain a strong understanding of coding guidelines, regulations, and best practices. Review and analyse coding output to ensure accuracy and compliance with DHA regulations. Ensure compliance with all applicable coding regulations and guidelines.

Revenue Cycle Management:
Insurance claims submission, resubmission and reconciliation Monitor RCM performance metrics, such as collections, denial rates, and work-in-progress. Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to optimize revenue cycle performance. Collaborate with other departments, such as billing and collections, to ensure a smooth and efficient revenue cycle.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration, business, or coding. Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, particularly in coding. Certification in medical coding is preferredSkills:
Strong knowledge of coding guidelines, regulations, and best practices. Proficiency in using electronic Medical records (EMR) systems and other relevant software. Strong computer skills, including data entry and analysis Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
