Job Objectives

Tasks and Responsibilities * Follow up on daily collections from shareholders/beneficiaries and ensuring their accuracy and documentation.
- Communicate with relevant authorities to ensure receipt of revenues on time.
- Prepare and update periodic collection reports based on actual collection data.
- Monitor monthly and quarterly revenue performance and compare results with financial targets.
- Prepare analytical reports on revenue movement and collection performance and provide necessary recommendations.
- Coordinate with the Revenue Accounts Department and update accounts.
- Send notifications and alerts to partners regarding financial dues.
- Contribute to the development of collection and revenue policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
- Use digital tools and accounting systems to improve collection accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare periodic reports on the status of expected revenue collections.
- Provide forecast reports to forecast cash flows associated with revenues.
- Ensure compliance with the entity's policies and applicable accounting systems.
- Commitment to the confidentiality of financial information and handling it with the highest levels of professionalism
