Senior Reliability Engineer (rotating Equipment)

Job Description
Objective Supervises and participates in the inspection of all rotary equipment and auxiliaries in the Plant, including centrifugal compressors, reciprocating and centrifugal pumps, steam turbines, fans, electric motors, etc... Assesses the condition and performance of equipment and identifies poor operating conditions, maintain equipment records, schedules and check-lists and provides advice to the Maintenance Department on required repairs and the recommended replacement of defective equipment. Scope: Monitors approximately 460 machines distributed throughout the Plant and Jetty area by Online and Offline condition monitoring and timely notification of the deviations in critical parameters and problems to the Maintenance Department. - Predictive techniques for rotating equipment and usage of related instrumentation.
- Condition monitoring and Vibration analysis.
- Root cause failure analysis (RCFA).
- Machinery trouble shooting
- Best maintenance practice like alignments, balancing etc.
- Performance assessment of high speed rotating machines .
- 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in rotating machines mechanical/maintenance work,
- At least 6 years in inspection, performance assessment on rotary equipment, in a fertilizer/petroleum/petrochemical process plant.
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- rotating machines mechanical/maintenance work: 10 years (Preferred)
- fertilizer/petroleum/petrochemical process plant: 6 years (Preferred)
- Level-2 in vibration analysis certificate (Preferred)
