Senior Relationship Manager

to drive client engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and enrolled clients, understanding their financial goals and recommending appropriate course offerings. Guide clients through the entire onboarding process -- from inquiry to enrollment to post-course trading readiness. Assist clients with documentation and coordination for

opening live trading accounts

with partnered brokerage firms. Collect, verify, and manage KYC documents as part of the account setup process. Liaise with internal teams and broker partners to ensure a smooth transition from course completion to live trading. Provide

basic non-advisory trading support

, such as helping clients understand trading platforms, market tools, and executing trades (without offering specific investment advice). Follow up with clients post-course to ensure satisfaction, continued engagement, and referrals. Actively manage and convert leads from marketing efforts into course enrollments.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in

financial products

. Sound understanding of financial markets, particularly forex and retail trading. Experience with client onboarding, document collection, or account opening processes is a plus. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-handling skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. Female candidates preferred (as per current team requirements).
