Job Overview:

General Responsibilities (varying by role):

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored financial solutions.

Guide customers on savings, investment, insurance, and loan options.

Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Monitor and report on market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity.

Lead or support a team of relationship officers in achieving performance goals (Team Leader & Assistant Team Leader roles).

Ensure all client interactions are compliant with internal policies and UAE financial regulations.

Assist in onboarding, training, and mentoring junior team members (for leadership roles).

Who Can Apply:

Backgrounds in finance, banking, sales, or customer service are a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Must be currently residing in the UAE and available for interview.
