Your Role:

Tenable seeks an experienced Regional Marketing Manager for our Middle Eastern markets. As a member of the Tenable Marketing team, you will be part of a global team focused on success where your work can have immediate and long-term impact on our business goals. If you are driven to put your expertise to work in a growing and evolving organization, we should talk. The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for the marketing strategy & execution to support pipeline goals aligned with the corporate strategy. Working closely with the broader sales and marketing teams is key to the success of this role. A comprehensive understanding of the market and channel landscape is key to building the right mix of direct and partner led activities.

Your Opportunity:
  • Own the regional marketing strategy, plan, execution and return on investment analytics.
  • Partner with the sales teams in region with effective communication and collaboration to build and execute plans in co-operation
  • Engage with key focus partners to amplify marketing efforts across the region. Motivate, build relationships and mindshare across the channel landscape working closely with the broader channel teams.
  • Be an active participant in the global marketing team advocating for local requirements to the wider teams
  • Analytical focus on internal pipeline trends for your region, what\xe2\x80\x99s working, what not and what needs to be adapted
  • Budget mgmt for the region, spend, forecasting and reconciliation
What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need:
  • Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in marketing technology solutions B2B, channel and direct. Security software a plus.
  • Deep understanding of the channel, routes-to-market, reseller business model, marketing to/through/with partners
  • Demonstrated experience and results in the following areas:
  • Building and executing a marketing plan, channel and direct, in middle eastern markets
  • Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with sales teams, marketing as a partner to sales for success.
  • Developing and executing successful channel marketing lead generation programs with channel partners, distribution and resellers
  • Understand CRM (preferably Salesforce.com) and how the CRM system works together with Demand Generation and automation tools (preferably Marketo).
And Ideally:
  • Independent worker with high self-motivation and strong sense of getting things done
Process driven, organized and project management skills
Works well in a fast paced dynamic environment * Analytical mindset when looking at and interpreting data for trends in relation to pipeline build
  • Effective communicator across all levels and key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Able to take direction and run with it. Envision the end result, make recommendations, act and leverage your resources to execute and manage obstacles. Comfortable bringing information and recommendations to management.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Collaborator, influencer, change agent with an upbeat work ethic where you can take ownership and have fun.
