We are currently working with a leading global Pharmaceutical company to recruit a Senior Regional Brand Manager, based in Dubai.
In this role the colleague will have the opportunity to work with and lead a diverse cross functional team, both in-country and globally to formulate a go to market model, deliver key marketing initiatives, as and working with external KOLs/advocates to support the development and delivery of these programs.
Execution of the marketing plan will focus on providing a strong customer experience, building the company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation in the designated therapy area whilst incorporating strong financial budget management skills with thoughtful and considered use of resources.
Key responsibilities;
  • Lead development of the national launch plan and marketing strategy over the short to mid-term.
  • Build credible relationships with key external stakeholders at a national and regional level leading to a bank of strong advocates across the portfolio.
  • Maximise impact of marketing activities through optimal channel mix with focus on omni-channel platforms including congresses, field and digital.
  • Work in partnership with the global team to support implementation of global strategies and congresses.
  • Implement key national market development projects designed to address key commercial objectives and work with local teams to drive customer engagement.
  • Identify additional commercial opportunities nationally to augment the business and ensure that financial commitments are realized.

Leadership;
  • Performance coaching support for Junior Marketing team assigned to Growth Brands.
  • Lead and co-ordinate in-country cross functional team, including coordinating and supporting the activities of members of the team as appropriate in order to achieve success.
  • Co creation of market development programs with clinical and non-clinical KOLs.
  • Liaise with Global teams to ensure full awareness of interactions with UK KOL\xe2\x80\x99s and maximize synergistic opportunities.
  • Ensure timely input from relevant internal stakeholders (e.g. legal, medical) to ensure efficient & compliant delivery on project plans.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring to the role:
  • University degree in business or life sciences.
  • Experience in marketing positions within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience working in the UK market, it is an advantage if within breast cancer, immunology or hermatology.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
