Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Talent Acquisition Specialist - End-to-End Recruitment. The role involves handling the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Day-to-day tasks include: identifying and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The specialist will also be responsible for employer branding efforts to enhance PSI's reputation as a top place to work.

Qualifications

Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills Expertise in Hiring and Interviewing candidates Experience in Employer Branding Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Abu Dhabi Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus Arabic and English proficiency is a must

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
