Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the recruitment activities, lead the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.
Define staffing needs and determine strategy related to the recruiting process.
Identify and leverage recruiting best practices, conduct industry benchmarking, standardize policies and practices, and define performance metrics.
Implement an annual staffing plan based on business workforce plans.
