The Senior Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end recruitment process across all departments. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. The ideal candidate will use a strategic and consultative approach to workforce planning and will partner with department heads to meet hiring needs effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop job descriptions, and define selection criteria.
Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies using a variety of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals.
Conduct competency-based interviews and provide recommendations based on candidates' technical and cultural fit.
Maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and recruitment processes; prepare regular reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a fast-paced environment. Real Estate industry experience is a plus.
Proven track record of successfully filling mid-to-senior level positions.
In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview assessment methods, and recruitment technologies.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office
Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter) is a plus.
