Senior Project Manager (Architecture) - Abu Dhabi

The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialist is seeking an experienced Project Manager from an Architectural background & qualification to join a leading International Consultancy firm in Abu Dhabi supporting projects throughout the region.

Opportunity:

This leading International consultancy with a global reputation for delivering major infrastructure and build projects throughout the Middle East and further a field is urgently requiring a Senior Project Manager with strong Architectural experience both in the development (Design) and execution (Construction) of high profile projects, ideally within the region.

Responsibilities:

The successful individual shall join an established team but lead a significant section of a number of High-profile, Iconic projects working with other disciplines to ensure their successful delivery on behalf of the client. The role shall NOT be a design role hence the emphasis is on Project Management, yet an Architectural background is vital.

The current portfolio of projects include:

Highrise towers, Resorts, Communities, Churches & Mosques

Other duties shall include:

• Lead and direct Architectural project team and subconsultants
• Supervise the preparation, design and presentation of high-quality project deliverables and reports.
• Supervise the preparation of technical submissions.
• Liaise with Project Managers, Discipline Leads, internal and external team members across all engineering disciplines and quantity surveyors.
• Plan, program and delegate within the team structure and participate in workflow reporting and planning.
• Provide continuous liaison with Clients and Client's representatives.
• Participate in writing technical proposals, estimating levels of effort, work plans, and schedules as required.
• Lead the Construction Supervision & Progress monitoring.

Key requirements for the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university
• Previous Project Management experience for a Consulting Engineer
• Experience of delivering project in the region.
• Proven leadership and delivery ability

Salary Package:

The salary package on offer is between AED 40,000 to 45,000 per month (circa $12,000) Tax free.
