We are seeking a seasoned Senior Recruitment Consultant with extensive experience in banking, financial services, and legal sectors to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work 4 days from home and 1 day in the office - either in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, engaging in a 360-degree recruitment process. Your responsibilities will encompass identifying new clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and delivering high-quality staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement:

• Identify and develop relationships with new clients in the banking, financial services, and legal sectors.

• Understand client requirements thoroughly through comprehensive briefings and maintain regular communication to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.

• Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients regarding industry trends, market insights, and recruitment best practices.

• Candidate Management:

• Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates to match client requirements effectively.

• Facilitate candidate interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.

• Conduct thorough reference checks and background verification processes as needed.

• Market Analysis and Strategy:

• Conduct market mapping exercises to identify key talent pools, industry trends, and competitor insights.

• Analyze market dynamics and provide actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.

• Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates and stay ahead of market trends.

• Service Excellence:

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships based on trust, integrity, and professionalism.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, providing expert guidance throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor\'s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in banking, financial services, or legal sectors in the UAE.

• In-depth knowledge of industry-specific trends, regulations, and market dynamics.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
