What You'll Do
Proactively
headhunt
and source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and other networks
Manage the
full-cycle recruitment
process -- job posting, screening, interviews, and feedback
Conduct
deep screening and strict filtering
of candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements
Lead
interview debriefs
and work closely with hiring managers to refine hiring strategies
Build and maintain a
pipeline of qualified talent
for current and future needs
Handle
salary negotiations
and final offer management
Track metrics to improve efficiency and time-to-hire
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency)
Proven ability to
headhunt and close top-tier candidates
in competitive markets
Strong
negotiation skills
and a strategic approach to hiring
Experience with
strict screening methods

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
Experience hiring in international or multicultural environments
Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics
