Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Recruiter to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment within the UAE, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site role offering a competitive salary.

- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to hiring
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Utilise job portals, social media, and professional networks to source candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Stay updated with UAE labour laws and market trends to inform hiring strategies
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 45 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of the UAE job market and industry hiring practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
