Senior Recruiter Responsibilities

Design and implement overall recruiting strategy Develop and update job descriptions and specifications Perform job and task analysis to document requirements and objectives Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on appropriate platforms Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, etc. Screen resumes and applications Conduct interviews using various methods to filter candidates Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes Onboard new employees for full integration Monitor HR recruiting best practices Provide analytical recruiting reports Build relationships with candidates during the selection process Promote the company's reputation as a top place to work Requirements and Skills

Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency) Ability to conduct various interview types Experience with different selection processes (video, phone, reference checks) Ability to organize skills assessment centers Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, CMS Experience with recruiting software and HRIS/HRMS Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making abilities BSc/MS in Human Resources Management Company Industry
