Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to fully understand role requirements and expectations
• Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates at every stage
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders and candidates
• Promote Parsons' culture, EVP, and values through tailored communication
• Use ATS/CRM tools to manage pipelines, track applicants, and streamline recruitment workflows
• Source talent through Workday, job boards, social platforms, and non-traditional channels
• Lead offer discussions and support compensation recommendations
• Use market insights to adjust sourcing strategies and remain competitive
• Align talent acquisition plans with business needs and upcoming hiring forecasts
• Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and adopt new recruitment tools and methods

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years' experience recruiting mid-senior roles
• Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Skilled with advanced ATS platforms and CRM tools
• Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building capability
