Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment for
EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction)
roles within the Oil & Gas sector.Collaborate with hiring managers and project leads to understand manpower requirements.
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using multiple channels (databases, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of recruitment experience in the EPC sector
specifically forOil & Gas
roles. Proven experience hiring for positions such as: Project Engineers, Construction Managers, QA/QC Engineers HSE Officers, Piping Engineers, Electrical Engineers Procurement Specialists, Project Controls, etc. Strong understanding of technical job functions and project lifecycle in EPC environments. Excellent verbal and writtenEnglish communication skills
. Effective time management, organizational, andleadership abilities
. Familiarity with UAE labor market and recruitment compliance is a plus.Immediate availability
is preferred.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED7,500.00 per month
