Position: Senior Recruiter

Location: Jebel Ali, Dubai.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Jebel Ali office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing candidates specifically for Apparel Manufacturing companies. This role requires expertise in managing the recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing to selection and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize various job boards and other resources to identify and attract suitable candidates within the specified time frame.

Resource Building:

Develop applicant resources by engaging with universities, employment agencies, job boards, and recruitment agencies.

Advertisement Placement:

Post job ads on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms to attract potential candidates.

Candidate Screening:

Review resumes and job applications, perform in-person and phone interviews, and conduct reference and background checks.

Interviewing:

Use a range of reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to evaluate candidates' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

Time Management:

Handle multiple recruitment tasks efficiently, ensuring all processes are completed within the set schedule.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree required.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role with proven work experience as a recruiter, either in-house or with a staffing agency.

Industry Knowledge:

Experience in recruiting for Apparel Manufacturing companies preferred.

Skills:

Fluent in English (both written and verbal). Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel & Powerpoint. Proficient in AI tools Strong time management, multitasking abilities, and professionalism. Ability to work under pressure and manage challenging situations effectively.
