Sparkspreschool

is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead mass hiring activities for

both blue-collar and white-collar

positions across our branches. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on recruitment experience, especially in high-volume hiring, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for mass hiring needs

Hire for blue-collar roles (nannies, helpers, drivers, cleaners, etc.) and white-collar roles (teachers, co-teachers, admins, receptionists, managers)

Plan and execute recruitment campaigns and walk-in interviews

Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, field recruitment, and agencies

Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate selection processes

Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports

Work closely with management to understand manpower planning and timelines

Ensure a positive candidate experience and fast turnaround time

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or Mass Hiring Recruiter

Strong experience hiring blue-collar and white-collar profiles

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Ability to meet tight deadlines and high hiring targets

Experience in education, nurseries, or service sectors is a plus
