Job Description

Al Rasikhoon Real Estate is looking for a Senior HR Recruiter to lead our mass hiring initiatives and support our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within recruitment agencies or similar fast-paced environments. This role requires strong sourcing skills, strategic hiring capabilities, and the ability to align talent acquisition with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, with a strong focus on mass hiring for sales and operational roles. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for the company. Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and workforce planning. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future vacancies. Utilize job boards, social media, and recruitment tools to source top candidates. Oversee and improve the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new hires.

Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency or handling mass hiring within UAE Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best hiring practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is an advantage.
