We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 360 (Full Desk) Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for management and development of a portfolio of projects and clients in the Energy, Oil & Gas, Railway & IT sectors for UAE/GCC region and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers, onboarding and mobilization. In addition, this individual will play a key role in expanding our client base and building relationships with clients specifically for our direct hire services (permanent placement) business line. This position requires a deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective job descriptions and job advertisements.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters or recruitment coordinators, as needed.
Negotiate job offers, including compensation packages, benefits, and other terms, while ensuring alignment with company policies and budgetary constraints.
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Actively search for new clients and prospects specifically for our direct hire services business line.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our direct hire services and establish strong partnerships.
Understand client requirements and develop tailored recruitment solutions to meet their needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to clients.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Maintain P&L of associated projects and developing commercial-strategies to maximize the yearly revenue & margin targets.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Resourcing Team advising on job market, salary ranges compensation and benefits, job description, and competitor?s recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting for various positions and industries.
Experience in client acquisition and relationship management, particularly within the direct hire services business line.
Extensive knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment and client acquisition projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Professional certifications in recruitment or human resources (e.g., AIRS, PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
Must have experience in recruitment, Manpower Supply Staffing and Business Development.
