Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Senior Real Estate Sales Agent

to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Generate leads, build relationships with potential buyers and sellers, and provide expert guidance throughout the transaction process.

Market Analysis:

Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive pricing strategies to advise clients effectively.

Property Listings & Marketing:

Develop and execute marketing strategies, including online listings, social media promotions, and property showings.

Negotiation & Closing Deals:

Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable terms and successful transactions.

Legal & Financial Advisory:

Assist clients with mortgage options, legal documentation, and compliance with UAE real estate regulations.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with colleagues, brokers, and developers to maximize sales opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in Abu Dhabi. Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools. Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred). RERA certification or equivalent (a plus).
