We're looking for a driven and professional Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. You'll connect buyers, sellers, and investors with some of the most exciting off-plan and ready properties across the city. If you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and have a passion for property and people, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, qualify, and manage leads through CRM
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and property owners.
Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends, pricing, and new launches.
Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals and property documents.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with marketing and admin teams to ensure seamless client experience.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai (off-plan or secondary market preferred).
Strong knowledge of developers such as Emaar, Damac, Sobha, Nakheel, and Dubai Properties.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or Chinese is a plus).
Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
RERA certification is an advantage (or willingness to obtain it).
