The Off-Plan Sales Manager will be responsible for driving off-plan property sales by leading a team of consultants, managing developer relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies. This role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of Dubai's off-plan real estate market, and a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with major developers (Emaar, Damac, Sobha, Nakheel, etc.).
Oversee exclusive launches and promote new off-plan projects to investors and end-users.
Ensure pipeline management, deal forecasting, and timely closures.
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, train, and mentor a team of property consultants specializing in off-plan sales.
Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance regularly.
Motivate the team to deliver results in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
Client Relationship Management
Support consultants in managing high-value clients and negotiations.
Provide professional advice on payment plans, investment opportunities, and market trends.
Ensure exceptional customer experience across the sales cycle.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports for management.
Recommend strategies for improving conversion rates and maximizing revenue.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
Minimum
5-7 years of real estate sales experience
, with at least
3 years in off-plan sales management
.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Knowledge of RERA regulations and Dubai real estate laws.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
