We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced

Senior Real Estate Consultant

to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of the local real estate market and a proven track record in

sales, leasing, and property transactions

. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about real estate, client-focused, and capable of delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

Handle property

sales, leasing, and purchase

transactions professionally and efficiently. Generate leads, build networks, and maintain strong relationships with clients. Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close deals. Provide clients with accurate market insights and investment advice. Manage CRM records, follow up on leads, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Stay updated on UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, and market trends.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in the UAE real estate market

(mandatory). Strong knowledge of property sales, leasing, and investment opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred). Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
