Senior Real Estate Agent - Off-Plan Specialist (Dubai)

Senior Real Estate Agent with strong off-plan sales experience
to join our growing team in Dubai. If you have a proven track record in selling Dubai's off-plan properties, excellent client networking skills, and a passion for real estate, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Build a strong client database for
off-plan projects
Advise clients on property investments, payment plans, and ROI in Dubai real estate
Conduct presentations and property tours for off-plan developments
Build and maintain relationships with top developers in Dubai
Negotiate and close sales to achieve company targets
Stay updated on Dubai's property market trends, new launches, and RERA regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate sales experience (
off-plan sales required
)
Strong knowledge of leading developers
Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven
