Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Real Estate Agent to join our elite team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong track record in property sales, client advisory, and team leadership. You'll be responsible for managing high-value transactions, mentoring junior agents, and contributing to the strategic growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in premium property transactions across Abu Dhabi
Conduct property viewings and deliver tailored consultations based on client goals
Generate and convert leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
Negotiate and close deals with professionalism and strategic insight
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior agents
Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal procedures
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and company tools
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales or consultancy
Proven success in closing high-value deals and managing complex transactions
Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, or Mandarin are a plus
UAE driving license and own vehicle required
Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
