We are seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Agent to join our elite team and help drive our continued growth.
Role Overview
The Senior Real Estate Agent will play a key role in managing high?value transactions, mentoring junior agents, and expanding the company's client portfolio. This position requires deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in the UAE real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and close high?value property transactions across off?plan and secondary markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and advanced negotiations
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and strategic market activities
Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
Prepare and manage premium property listings on major real estate portals
Mentor and support junior agents to enhance team performance
Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure seamless transactions
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
Proven experience as a real estate agent, with a strong track record in the UAE market
Deep understanding of Abu Dhabi communities, developers, and market dynamics
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client?relationship skills
Ability to manage complex transactions and high?net?worth clients
Self?motivated, target?driven, and able to work independently
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
Real estate certification is a plus
