Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Senior Real Estate Agent
to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales, mentoring junior agents, and managing high-value client relationships. This position requires strong leadership, proven sales expertise, and a deep understanding of Abu Dhabi's real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead property sales transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing.
Manage and grow relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors.
Mentor and support junior agents, providing guidance and training.
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and finalize agreements.
Provide clients with market insights, investment strategies, and after-sales support.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
Strong track record of closing high-value property deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages such as Korean or Malay are an advantage).
In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market.
Valid UAE driving license.
Ability to work independently and lead a team.
