Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Real Estate Agent to lead client engagements, drive high-value transactions, and mentor junior agents. This role demands deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to close deals across various property segments. You will be instrumental in shaping client relationships and contributing to the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex property transactions including sales, leasing, and investment advisory Represent premium listings and off-plan developments to high-net-worth clients Provide strategic market insights and investment guidance Negotiate offers and finalize deals with professionalism and accuracy Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and investors Mentor and support junior agents, sharing best practices and sales strategies Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize property exposure Stay updated on legal procedures, pricing trends, and regulatory changes
Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in UAE real estate, preferably in Abu Dhabi Strong track record of closing high-value property deals Fluent in English; Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin is an advantage Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and developer landscape UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred Proficiency in CRM systems and property listing platforms
