Senior Real Estate Agent
to lead property transactions and mentor junior agents in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in real estate sales, deep market knowledge, and excellent negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee
high-value property transactions
for residential and commercial clients.
Provide
strategic guidance
to junior agents and support their professional growth.
Conduct
market research
to identify investment opportunities and emerging trends.
Build and maintain
strong relationships
with buyers, sellers, and investors.
Negotiate and close
complex property deals
with professionalism and discretion.
Collaborate with
developers, brokers, and legal teams
to facilitate transactions.
Ensure compliance with
local real estate laws and regulations
.
Develop and implement
sales strategies
to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience
in real estate sales, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
Strong
leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
.
In-depth knowledge of
Abu Dhabi's property market
.
Ability to handle
VIP clients and confidential transactions
.
Familiarity with
real estate contracts, legal frameworks, and financial aspects
.
Excellent
problem-solving and decision-making abilities
.
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Real Estate, or a related field
(preferred).
