Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance and consultation for high-value property transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing. Act as a trusted advisor for clients seeking luxury and investment properties, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Build, manage, and expand a portfolio of VIP clients and investors globally. Mentor junior agents, fostering growth and maintaining high standards within the team. Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, especially in Abu Dhabi's metropolitan neighborhoods. Maintain a deep understanding of local property laws, regulations, and processes to ensure compliance in all transactions. Collaborate with developers to secure exclusive listings and negotiate favorable deals for clients. Utilize advanced marketing techniques and platforms to promote high-end properties effectively.

Qualifications:

Valid UAE real estate license. Extensive experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market, with a focus on luxury and investment properties. Proven track record in closing high-value transactions. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong knowledge of property laws and regulations in the UAE. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is advantageous. Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field preferred. UAE driving license and reliable transportation.
