Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience:

Total Experience: 10 to 14 years UAE Experience: 6 to 10 years Home Country Experience: 0 to 4 years (preferably India)

Preferences:

Experience with Principal Consultants (min 3 years in UAE) Experience with Main Contractor Companies (min 4 years in UAE) Experience with Main Contractor or Developer (2 to 4 years in home country) Master's in Construction or Project Management (advantageous) Dubai Municipality certification preferred Specialized certifications in Quality Management, Quality Assurance & Control Availability to join within 30 days from offer confirmation

:

Monitor and control project execution and handover in compliance with project design drawings, specifications, contracts, QA & QC plans, HSE plans, and authority regulations. Review engineering submissions including shop drawings, material & technical submittals, method statements, etc. Review and approve work inspections, material inspections, and other site inspections. Review and clarify RFIs (Request for Information) and CVIs (Construction Variation Instructions). Review payment applications, variation claims, EOT (Extension of Time) claims, and other submissions from main and sub-contractors. Review project baseline program, construction program, and look-ahead schedules. Conduct weekly progress reviews and technical meetings; prepare and issue minutes of meetings (MOMs). Coordinate with project stakeholders such as clients, consultants, main contractors, authorities, subcontractors, nominated subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution and handover. Monitor project non-compliances; issue non-conformity and site observation notices; coordinate with relevant parties to ensure compliance implementation.
