Your Role:

The Manual QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our client\'s software products through the execution of manual test cases, defect identification, and issue resolution.

You Will:

Execute manual test cases to validate software functionalities, including integration, regression, and new feature testing.

Design, write, and maintain detailed test plans and test cases.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and develop appropriate tests.

Identify, record, and document defects, providing detailed steps to reproduce.

Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Generate and maintain metrics to assess the quality of the software.

Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.

Assist in the design and implementation of testing strategies.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Work with automated test engineers to identify manual test cases that are candidates for automation.

You have:

Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in manual software testing.

Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Experience with issue-tracking software like JIRA.

Proficiency in SQL and working with databases for test setup and validation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or C# is a plus but not required.
