Job Description

  • Generate new Leads via phone calls, emails and face-to-face interaction. Ability to generate own leads through own contacts through own strong network base. A minimum of 30 connected calls per day is required unless in the case of atleast one fresh meeting for the day.
  • Identify and evaluate properties that meet clients\' criteria, including conducting property viewings and inspections.
  • To ensure company monthly set targets are met. Respond to new leads in a timely manner, and maintain consistent follow-up to convert them into closer.
  • Ensuring that the Property Management process is followed in accordance with the company policies & procedures as well as in line with the UAE/RERA rental laws & guidelines.
  • To deal with people over phone, emails and face-to-face in a professional manner.
  • Manage all aspects of a managed property, its residents and any associated person/content in a positive and productive manner.
  • To assist the Owner/leasing team in renting and finding a suitable Tenant for the property at the earliest.
  • Conduct property pre-inspections, moving-in inspections/handovers, bi-annually inspections and moving-out inspections/handovers in a timely and professional manner.
