Forest Real Estate LLC is a leading Estate Agency in Dubai since 2013 that continues to invest in our most valuable asset, its people, and we are Now recruiting experienced "Off Plan" specialists to join our Off Plan Division.
The High Calibre of Candidates required will drive an "Off Plan" business model that is both exclusive and compelling, leveraging Show attendance & pre-qualified One2One meetings direct to international property landlords and Investors within the UK and other cities Internationally.
Forest Real Estate LLC offers an employment contract, work visa, and RERA license application also office space, landline, and computer, and in 2022, exclusive U.K. Shows in which we will arrange flights, accommodation, travel, and cover expenses to conduct qualified face to face meetings with U.K. investors and landlords.

Additionally, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with local customers and overseeing sales.
As a Senior Property Consultant (Off-plan), you should work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner, and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.
You should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Develop positive relationships with clients
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience in the Real Estate Industry as a Senior Property Consultant for at least 1 year or 3 years of sales experience in other industries in UAE.
  • Hands-on experience in Real Estate and an ability to deliver an excellent customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent English-speaking communication and negotiation skills
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries in a good and timely manner
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field would be a nice to have
  • Hold a valid UAE or international driving license
  • RERA Certification is an advantage
