We are working on behalf of our client - an established Real Estate properties firm in Dubai who are seeking a seasoned and driven individual to join their team as a Senior Residential Property Consultant in Dubai. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving residential property sales, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our real estate business. They are looking for candidates with extensive sales experience, a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, and a passion for delivering results.

Key Responsibilities: * Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels to identify potential buyers for residential properties in Dubai.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations to facilitate the sale of residential properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders in the Dubai real estate market.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
  • Prepare and present sales contracts, purchase agreements, and other documentation necessary for residential property transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and legal, to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company, demonstrating consistent performance and commitment to excellence.
Qualifications: * Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential real estate sales in Dubai, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals and negotiate favorable terms for clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including current trends, regulations, and property values.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a passion for exceeding targets.
  • RERA certification is required. The company will assist if you don\'t already have one.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
