Role Description This is a full-time Senior Real Estate Agent role with RTI Real Estate located in Dubai. As a Senior Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in the process of buying, selling, or renting residential property. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting property viewings, negotiating prices, generating leads, and liaising with landlords and developers. This is an on-site role where you will work directly with clients to ensure their needs are met, and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 year of experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai market
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and a proven track record of successful sales and leases
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers
- A valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work independently
