- Smart and Presentable candidates.
- Minimum one year of Dubai real estate sales experience is preferred.
- Participate in active marketing initiatives, from cold calling to attending industry events.
- Strong negotiation & Sales skills - experience in offering expert customer service.
- Interview clients to determine their precise wants, needs, budgets and geographic limitations.
- Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
- Prepare and proofread real estate documents, from leases to closing contracts.
- Organize and oversee open houses.
- Advise clients about mortgage options and help them requisite paperwork\xe2\x80\x99s to expedite the home buying process.
- Strong communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 written & spoken English is a must, presentable with professional attitude
- Preferably have your own car & valid UAE driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
- Past experience in any CRM tool is a big plus, e.g. Salesforce, Property Base,
- Motivated to generate & increase client\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio via networking & prospecting.
- Up to date with UAE Real Estate market trends
- Proven experience in the Dubai real estate. (2 years preferred)
- UAE drivers\xe2\x80\x99 license
- Social Media presence
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- RERA license. (optional)
