This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant at our Real Estate office located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Senior Property Consultant, you will be responsible for working with clients to buy, sell or rent properties, and advise them on market conditions, mortgages, and legal requirements. You will also have a strong knowledge of the property market in Dubai and the surrounding areas, and maintain a roster of properties that are available for purchase, rent, and sale. Qualifications
Minimum of 1 years of experience in property sales or a similar role, with a proven track record of sales success
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, including neighborhood trends, pricing, and inventory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to create long-lasting and trustworthy relationships with clients and colleagues
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and properties at the same time
Strong organizational and time management skills
Technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software and social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram
