Key Responsibilities: Conducting engaging property viewings, effectively presenting the unique features of our diverse property listings. Establishing and nurturing client relationships, understanding their unique property requirements. Providing expert advice on market conditions, pricing strategies, and other relevant real estate matters. Skillfully negotiating terms and closing property deals that exceed client expectations. Leveraging digital platforms and innovative marketing tools to showcase and promote our exclusive property listings. Staying abreast of market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide informed guidance. Ensuring meticulous compliance with local real estate laws and regulations. Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Property Consultant or similar role in UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, with a focus on Dubai.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
