About the Job Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, including local and international investors, property developers, and individuals seeking luxury real estate.
Conduct property viewings, market analysis, and property valuations to provide clients with accurate information for their real estate decisions.
Showcase and market high-end properties in Dubai through various channels, including online listings, social media, and networking events.
Negotiate property deals and contracts to ensure favorable terms for clients.
Keep up-to-date with the Dubai real estate market trends and regulations, providing clients with valuable insights.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a seamless experience for clients throughout the buying or renting process.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop high-quality property listings and promotional materials.
Prepare detailed property reports, financial analysis, and investment strategies for clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Property Consultant in the Dubai real estate market.
Strong proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market, regulations, and trends.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in dealing with luxury and high-value properties.
A network of high-net-worth clients and industry connections is a significant advantage.
