Job Description
Our client is looking for a Property Consultant for a Real Estate Company. Experience: 1-2 Years Salary Range: 3000 - 10,000 AED + Commission Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-time Duties and responsibilities:
- Learn the company\'s products and services offerings, features, and pricing
- Communicate with clients to understand their sales goals and objectives
- Identify current sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
- Work with marketing team to ensure collaboration
- Stay up to date with the industry situation and benchmarks
- Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices.
- Create a motivational and healthy atmosphere for sales representatives.
- Identify opportunities for new client acquisition.
- Monitor competition.
- Find prospective customers and new target segments.
- Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.
- Commitment to providing excellent, honest, and sincere customer service
- Advising buyers and sellers on current market patterns
- Good at establishing and maintaining business relationships and networking
- Determine the client\'s wants and financial capacity, then offer solutions that satisfy those needs.
- Innovative and imaginative with an inventive mind
- Stay current on real estate market patterns, conditions, and values.
- Respect real estate laws and have thorough understanding of finance, mortgages, and related government protocol.
