Job Description
PROPERTY CONSULTANT \xe2\x80\x93 Off-plan, Secondary & Commercial We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Property Consultants for our Off-plan, Secondary and Commercial teams in Dubai.
- A great listener with ability to communicate with people of diverse disciplines.
- Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on property value.
- Build & maintain relations with clients, understand their real estate needs, preferences and assist them through the entire sales process.
- List & sell residential and commercial properties.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
- Demonstrate understanding of working with Developers and Project\xe2\x80\x99s selling techniques.
- Educate clients on basic real estate procedures.
- Proficient in using various advertising platforms and tools.
- Continue to develop network to become an area specialist in your community.
- Ability to work independently with great dedication and proven track of successful sales record.
- Educated to college or degree level (or equivalent)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience of a track successful Sales records in real estate market in U.A.E (preferably in Dubai)
- Valid UAE driving license and own car is a must.
- Good knowledge of RERA rules for Buying, Selling, and Leasing properties.
- RERA Certification is a plus.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Must be presentable, strong sense of team spirit/ no negative energy, outgoing & sociable.
- Ability to generate leads, negotiate and close deals.
- Languages: English is a must + (Arabic/Chinese/French/Russian/Hindi/Urdu, etc)
- Full marketing support online & offline. Premium accounts with Property finder, Dubizzle, Bayut, and Houza.
- Qualified leads
